I need to say Thank You to all of my readers who send me reviews, both positive and even some negative. I especially appreciate those of you who reach out to me with encouragement, feedback, and areas where you think that I can improve. As a new indie author, I rely on other to help me with my craft. For me, reading is personal and I love authors who seem to “speak” to me in their writing. I’d love to be able to speak to you through my writing.
As I write previously, I am a voracious reader of all genres, but I especially gravitate toward Contemporary Romance. I’ve read so many novels that I decided to see if I could write them. They are so much fun to write. I’m not a fan of in-your-face graphic or erotic novels. I’d rather lead readers into the realm of their imaginations. I believe that that approach allows readers to savor what they are reading. That said, I’ve had many readers ask for more steam. Feel free to let me know if I’ve accomplished that. Also let me know what you like to read in a Contemporary Romance novel.
